Charlie is a professional recording Artist, producer, guitarist (Singer-Songwriter) and has been on BBC and other radio stations, SKY TV, FreeView and FreeSat channels. He has either produced or co-produced, written and performed all his music: voice and instruments, while guitar being his favourite past time.  Produced and Directed his own TV quality music videos seen on Sky TV, FreeView and FreeSat, and shows with world famous Artists. He is the Founder of the Bigtime Entertainment group, co-founder of 3 commercial radio stations to over 43 countries. Mark Rosner has been in the music business since 1993. His experience started as a musician, touring the world extensively in bands and working in studios as a professional Bass player and producer/engineer. In 2011 he began helping artists, partnerships with charity’s such as Autism Canada, sponsorships with Sony, Best Western Hotels, Sierrasil, Yamaha and many more. Which he’s very excited about being included in under the Creative Director capacity – within the BIGTIME Entertainment Group structure.

Wayne Killius showed early promise as a drummer and percussionist at Liverpool High School in Syracuse, NY (where he has since been inducted into the Fine Arts Hall of Fame) before moving on to attend the Eastman School of Music. On graduation his career took him to Nashville where he is now a top studio drummer, percussionist, and producer.

Dennis Sinnott

Dennis Robert Sinnott is a music industry expert. His career began in 1970 in the trade department of the KPM group of music publishing companies in London where he specialized in the publication of classical and popular music. In 1972 he transferred to the copyright department and in 1974, when EMI took over the company, he was promoted to copyright manager of B. Feldman & Co. Ltd (within the EMI group).

In 1976 he was promoted to Head of Copyright at EMI Music Publishing. This included Keith Prowse, The Peter Maurice Music Co.Ltd., Macmelodies, Ardmore & Beechwood, World Wide Copyrights, Francis Day & Hunter, Robbins, Screen Gems, Metromedia, New York Times Music, Music of the Times, Combine Music, Al Gallico Music, B. Feldman & Co. Ltd., and several hundred additional companies making it the largest international music publishing organization in the world.Dennis’s responsibility was in the protection of EMI Music’s publishing intellectual property rights – a repertoire of over one million works ranging from classical to rock, pop to ballad, country to reggae, opera to stage, old-time musical hall, drama, film theme, background and incidental music for television, radio, cinema and modern songs of all types.

In addition to the protection of the company’s works, his specialty was in licensing rights domestically and globally including synchronization, advertising, grand rights for stage musicals and all other forms of commercial publication. In addition to administering the world’s largest publishing group, he was also instrumental in negotiating deals with many super groups and solo writer/performers, including Queen, Sir Elton John, Sir Paul McCartney, the Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, Deep Purple, Wishbone Ash, Jeff Beck, Mud, Medicine Head, Be-Bop Deluxe, the Hollies, Bob Dylan and scores of other hugely successful acts. James De Whalley

With 14 years experience across artist management, record production and a digital marketing, Jim is able to take a holistic view of release campaigns from the A&R / artist development stage, right through product release and touring.

Also a qualified record producer Jim has worked on releases with Alan Moulder (U2, Arctic Monkeys), Chris Sheldon (Foo Fighters), Mike Cave (Lewis Capaldi) and Sam Williams (Supergrass). His most recent successes have come from the digital marketing of The Luka State which has seen the band develop from scratch to 5 Million Youtube views, 4.7 Million Spotify streams, touring in 15 countries with merchandise sold in 25 countries.

Jey has worked closely as an engineer and co-producer with numerous multi-platinum producers in multiple genres. His work has contributed to the production of five Grammy nominations.

Ralph Taylor

Drums and Lead A&R

Ralph was introduced to music by his step dad, John Start at the age of 7. Who the Kinks?  John was the original drummer for the Kinks, who rehearsed in his garage in Muswell Hill, hence the song “Muswell Hillbilly”. John left the Kinks to pursue his studies. Ralph became passionate about drums and percussion and went on to have a career playing with various artists and bands in and around London. He has performed on many O2 academy main stages, Secret Garden Festival along with famous venues in central London such at The Borderline and 100 Club. Ralph also dep’d for various musical theatre shows in the West End along with some of London’s leading Drama Schools. He later played for Jamie Cullum too.

Ralph studied acting at Arts Ed London on the 3 year BA Cons degree course. Once graduated he moved to Vancouver, Canada working in TV, Film and modelled part time. Upon returning to London Ralph worked with various Theatre companies in London and touring, performing Shakespeare and modern theatre. He was fortunate enough to work with people such as Mark Rylance in London and joined the Blue Man Group, performing in New York, Off Broadway.

Ralph deciding to hang up his acting gloves and pursue his love of music again. He immersed himself in playing as often as often as possible, starting a band with two of his best friends. He also began to build his experience in the world of business, firstly working in digital marketing part time and later working in disruptive innovation.
